COVID-19
As always, Lisbon Massage Therapy & Wellness LLC will be doing a thorough cleaning of client common areas and door knobs using appropriate cleansing products & procedures before and after every client. We are now fully vaccinated and will leave it to each client's discretion to wear a mask or not. We never have more than one client present at the same time. A mask will be worn by the therapist at all times. As always, please let us know if you are feeling ill so we can reschedule.
Booking
Booking in advance through the online booking system is highly encouraged. You will be able to select the service you want along with any add-on that are eligible for that service.
If you are a new client, you must book your first appointment with us through the online booking system in order to fill out the initial intake and health history form (this will save you time on the day of your service so you can get straight to the massage). It will ask you for some basic health information, contact information, and your areas of concern or goals for the session. This will help us to prepare for your session.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information in adherence with our cancellation policy and only process necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, clients may choose their method of payment.
Please be aware before you book that Lisbon Massage Therapy & Wellness LLC only offers therapeutic non-sexual massage services. You will be asked to sign a behavior agreement when you book your appointment agreeing to behave in a way that promotes a professional relationship. No flirting or sexually suggestive statements, actions, or touching will be tolerated. If you violate this agreement, your service will immediately end and you will be charged the full cost of your service. You will also be blocked from booking with Lisbon Massage Therapy & Wellness LLC in the future.
Gift Cards
To redeem your gift card balance, please schedule an appointment through the online booking system and select the option to pay at time of service. Be sure to bring your gift card or card number to your appointment and the cost will be deducted from the card balance.

New Clients and Referral Program
New Clients receive $10 off their first service. Select the “New Client” category in our services page.
Get $10 off any service for you and your friends. Each new client you refer will earn you $10 off any massage service and they'll get $10 off their first massage. Once your referral receives their massage a $10 credit will be applied to your account. Referral only applies to new clients. No limit to the number of referrals
Cancellation
Cancellation Policies and Fees *When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
To cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellation fee (less than 24hrs notice) $35
No call, No show will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Promotional coupon or gift certificate in a no call no show, the coupon or certificate will be fully redeemed and forfeit. Appointments are considered No call, No Show 20 mins after scheduled start time.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments for the rest of the day. Full price of scheduled services will still apply regardless of lateness, so please plan accordingly. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for 4:00-5:00 and you arrive at 4:15, your session will likely still end at 5:00.
Because life happens, sickness happens and bad weather happens, there are times when concessions are considered. If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, have been experiencing vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or if your children are ill and need you at home, please cancel. Equally, if there is an ice/snow storm, please do not drive or walk on the ice if you do not have to, but please call to cancel, if we haven’t already contacted you. These things should be emailed or call in to us, so we can accommodate and waive cancellation fees as appropriate.
Day of Service
Please try to arrive a few minutes early if this is your first session as we will conduct a quick intake discussion before the service. We will be ready for your appointment up to 10 mins prior to your session start time.
Parking:
Please park in front of the fence next to the garage. In the event that spot is unavailable, please park in the semicircular driveway.
Cell Phones:
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent upon arrival, that way it does not disturb the calm and flow of your treatment. Please inform your therapist should you need to make or are expecting a phone call during your session so that the disturbance is expected. Additional time will not be added to you service in order to accommodate for your phone call.
Prices and Services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to take note of pricing when booking your appointment.
Clothing:
For Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Yoga, please wear comfortable athletic clothing. For other massage services you will be asked to disrobe to your level of comfort and get on the table, under the top sheet. The massage therapist will leave the room while you are getting dressed/undressed. Except for the area being worked on, you will remain covered by a sheet for the entire session.
What does that mean? Some people are more comfortable leaving their undergarments on. Other people would rather remove everything. Some always keep their socks on. It’s completely up to you. Massage is still possible through the sheet/clothing in most areas. However, oil cannot be applied to areas covered by clothing, so a few techniques may not be possible. Removing jewelry such as necklaces and watches is also helpful (especially if it’s in an area where you have requested extra focus or attention) but not necessary.
Gratuity:
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or wellness packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist during check out with cash, check or credit card.
Personal Belongings:
Please place all personal belongings in the space designated by the therapist. After your session please check to be sure you have all you came in with. Lisbon Massage Therapy & Wellness LLC is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. An attempt may be made to notify you of left items, however it is your responsibility to set up time to retrieve lost item(s).
Membership Policies
The membership price is automatically charged each month.
Initial 6 month commitment required, cancel anytime after.
Unused services may roll over and are good for 1 year. No more than 3 may be redeemed each month.
In order to redeem membership services, you must have an active membership (if you choose to cancel your membership, all unused membership credits are lost).
Any No Call/ No Show appointments will result in the forfeit of the missed monthly membership service and add-on.
Same day cancellations are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee, but a membership credit will not be removed from your account.
In the event of 3 no-call no-shows, 3 late cancellations, or incomplete payment attempts will result in membership cancellation and there will be a $50 fee to restart your membership.
Minor Clients
A parent or guardian will be required to remain in the treatment room for the entire session. A parent or guardian will also be required to sign a release as well as fill out the intake form for their child.
We currently only see clients age 16 and older.
